Support for 3 days with no reason to return
- Return must be done within 7 days of receiving the order.
- If the customer raised the request after 7 days, MYFEM SDN BHD reserves the right to reject the *refund request.
- MYFEM SDN BHD only accepts the item(s) if there are any major defects or if it is delivered wrongly.
- Item(s) must be tag attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in original condition with the original packaging.
- MYFEM SDN BHD only makes a refund upon receiving the returned item(s).
- MYFEM SDN BHD may take up to 5 working days to process the refund request after receiving the returned item(s).
- MYFEM SDN BHD reserves the right to reject the refund request if the returned item(s) does not meet all mentioned conditions.
- Order can only be refunded once. If the customer has multiple items in one order that the customer wishes to get a refund, kindly apply them all in one go.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item(s) via a trackable and reliable courier service only (Delivery during working hours only).

West Malaysia - RM8 for first 1kg (Every subsequent 1kg +RM2)
East Malaysia - RM22 for first 1kg (Every subsequent 1kg +RM10)
